I'll start the draft this evening. With England leading the poll, it looks like we'll be starting in the Premier League/Championship. Confirm rules so far: - We will all start with a modest team. - We will all start with a small transfer budget of £50m. - The maximum squad size is 25 players. - 4 players to draft in the initial summer window. - +2 players (mid season) + 4 players (end of season) transfer windows thereafter. If you have any recommendations on the above rules, please say now. Current Manager List Sme Berbasloth9 Sjor King_Kenny Arsenal Tone David kaboose Joga bonito Hashtag55 Ollie
@Joga bonito i barely played the game and when i did it was years ago so have few questions: 1) Can we pick any club or we have to aim the one with a budget around 50M? 2) Regarding the initial draft, can you draft Mbappe for Barnet as an example or you have to draft someone within some budget,
Joga will pick the clubs and all clubs will have the same budget. In theory you could make a cash offer for Mbappe however there is the possibility he could refuse to play for your club. That usually happens when the player rating is substantially higher than the clubs average rated player
Yes, when I set up the custom gameworld I set the opening £ balance for all the teams. Everyone happy with the £50m budget? 4 players... £12.5m each...
In. I would say one potential rule could be that you can't sign anyone from a managerless English club until you finish above them? Something like that. Would make it more realistic and make every game a challenge instead of just running through cannon fodder who had all their best players pinched, every week. Would make for a very strong league and a different challenge. I just nailed 100 points without trying in the other draft league... Most games were easy wins against managerless teams, boring.
you guys that play should determine the budgets as i have no idea what are the prices, reckon im not the only one
How often do player ratings change? How long can we expect a fair amount of managers to participate (judging by previous iterations)? As the only Americanadian here, I should be given Liverpool.
