What are people's thoughts on the rule change that if you get 6/6 with other players the jackpot isn't shared ? Instead you have to win the golden goal aswell ! Bit of a joke Imo and I'd be fuming if I got 30 points and won nothing
A guy I know and used to work with won the £1,000,000 jackpot earlier in the season. He didn’t even get 30 points.
My mate was 2 minutes out from winning a consolation prize. Think the guy ended up getting 10k. He put the golden goal as 6 minutes but it was scored in the 4th (or the other way around).
We have a family game going with us in our house and my sister and her lot including the kids. 10 quid each winner takes all. Last season my nephew charlie won beating me to 1st by about 7 points. I'm top by 11 atm. After the scores come in it's major piss taking between us all every match day.(including the kids) on the what's app chat. Great fun
A bloke I know through football lost out on winning by 1 minute. Was loads on 27 he predicted 11th minute goal was scored in 12th.
My record so far is 19 points which i've done three times. Seems like that is my ceiling My points for this season is 339 but I have forgot to enter about half a dozen times. A woman from Hailsham won the million a couple weeks back too, seems Sussex is a hotspot for great super 6 players.
Err it was a she And that was bollox anyway it was a farce that she won despite only getting 24 points and a fair few others had 24 aswell I hope the ones who got 30 points this season and not won are resting well up there!
It was done in a woman’s name, but her fiancé predicted all the games and picked the tie-breaker minute too. I’m pretty sure there’s even interviews with her where she says as much. He drinks in my old local and as I said I used to work with him a few years ago. To say he didn’t win, she did is splitting hairs to the extreme
