Duff and Edgar looked the most solid pairing ive seen turn out for us this season. What made it more impressive it was Edgars first league start for us and Duff hasnt been back in the first team long either. No silly mistakes from either of them stuck to the job well won most things in the air and what a place to make your 1st starts together. For me even when Steve Caldwell, Clarke Carlisle, Bikey return these two should be the ones keeping the shirts and make the others fight their way back in. What do you reckon chaps? No doubt they'll both have shockers in the next game together now i've given them praise. Always like Duff at centreback though.
Agree although Bikey might be better in midfield if a place can be found. If not would have Bikey on bench as an option for both defence and midfield.But yes we have to stick with Duffo/Edgar for moment although after trying to get Kilgallon there is a suggestion we want another centre half.
Loved the ironic cheer Edgar got when his name was read out. I’m 99% sure if Judas was in charge he would have moved Jordan the centerback and played Kalvenas left back.
