Oh I dunno, I mean we are utter kack, beyond dreadful, hopeless, clueless, shite, wank and worse; however for your resources, players and coaches you've had these last 20 years, to have performed so pitifully in tournaments - I think you run us close, as to what should be expected of you, against what you've delivered.
Oh yeah, don't get me wrong mate. We've massively underachieved with what we had over the years but it always makes me laugh how our neighbors north of the boarder like to laugh but yet their national team have qualified for less world cups than panama in the last 20 odd years.
