I'll wait until Friday or Saturday when bet365 give you 50% off bets or bet 1 get 1 bet free .

I'll be backing Irish trainer horses only , think they've won the last 4 & had 10 out of the 11 that finished last year .

Horses that have never ran at Aintree also another positive angle .

Good luck to all having a punt , it's a bit of a blue tack a list of runners to the wall & back the 3 where the darts have landed jobby :D

I'm quite fancying the horse that beat Tiger roll at Cheltenham this year.

    Delta work currently 8/1

Minella times with Rachel Blackmore won this last year, it would depend how much weight has been added to the horses back though. Currently 14/1 would be a decent each way bet.

I have got the winner right once in 30 years. However usually one of my dad and sister seem to oick the right horse, so I'm just going to start copying them.

I backed a few horses, but can't remember all of them and bet365 has gone down, typical.

    And now on to 2023..

Noble Yeats could possibly do it again but he's carrying three bags of spuds more than last year and that may start feeling heavy by the time the Melling Road is crossed for the second time.
I like the look of Fury Road but the extra miles may not suit, although the trainer knows a thing or two about this race..

First year i have seen literally no sweepstakes! Perhaps it's a thing of the past.

Will put a couple of bets on but doubt i will do any good.....the only grand national i have ever won was the virtual one during covid lol

If there was a prize for betting on the horse that leads the race for the majority of it and then finishes nowhere that would be good!

My tip fell at the second. It's why I don't gamble anymore, at least the horse survived this year..

I do not agree with the stupid protestors, but nowadays I have far less interest in this than past years. It wouldn't bother me if they scrapped it. I get far more enjoyment watching things like the Gold cup and derby. Was it 3 or 4 horses that died in the race this year? I know a lot will disagree, but I'm thinking it's no longer worth it, apart from to the betting firms.

Had Mister Coffey too. Was getting a little excited when he jumped the second last quite comfortably, but still had a feeling he would tire. I still thought he'd place mind
