Blades On Verge Of Signing Li Tie

It appears The Blades are going to sign Li Tie according to reports, not a bad player, suffered alot with injuries at Everton, hopefully he will do well for us if it all goes through.

Will be a big money maker whether he plays or not though due to him being Chinese

    #1 - Li Tie

Looks to be a done deal, can't say the thought of signing a crock thrills me, but he will be on a free, and we have persisted with injury prone players before, with a lot longer injuries than he has had and they have been nutured under thewing of the greatest sports medicine physio people in the world and behold, we have Steve Kabba and Chris Armstrong.

I can't help but think if he wasn't Chinese we wouldn't be rushing to sign him though, I think thats just the old cynic in me. :)

    #2 - Omer Golan

Israeli international, plays for Maccabi Petah Tikvah. We were supposed to sign him in January, but for some reason that fell through because he wanted to stay on until the end of the season. I think it is pretty much sorted out from what I hear, he scored an amazing goal apparently against Ireland in the World Cup qualifiers that I have yet to see. Also he inspired and led Petah Tikva to a Uefa Cup spot last season, and they had a little run in it this season (well as much of a run a team from a town the size of Chesterfield can mount).

You might be thinking 'Ohh Warnock is signing a striker, what a suprise' but by my reckoning we will only have 4 strikers next season. I can't see Shipperley playing, Dyer has been released, God has retired and hopefully we can wriggle out of the Horseshit saga. Leaving Danny Webber, Steve Kabba, Ade Akinbiyi and this geezer Omer Golan.

Ohh the excitment of the PREMIERSHIP starts in earnest at The Birthplace of Football. :)

I'm more likely to be thinking, "Who the f*** are Sheffield United"?

Cant you remember conceding the first ever goal in the Premiership to the Red and white Wizzzaaaaaarrrrdds scored by the legend that is Brian Deane
Never mind you can look forward to finishing behind Chelski Arsenal and Liverpool next season. I will be extremeley happy if we stop up.

Like us or loathe us, I dont think anyone without a pea for a brain could possibly suggest Shitfield Utd are a bigger club than Leeds.

Back to the point ;) I actually think Lie Tie is a decent player and will do well with you. He is a nice passer of the ball although his physical part of the game isn't up to scratch. He was never going to get a look in with our midfield now so it was time for him to go...I hope he does well though :)

Wow. Another L**ds fan who spends his time on here stalking the threads of a team he professes not to give a shit about.
