imo this must be 3 something. why papa killed Bob and David I don't know. he must have had some logic there? the town team looked like frosty and redevil but he's not killed there. was he down to choices of who said he was town and not? just kill who's not backing him? scunnys kills on josh and papa are fairly logical given josh was doctor.
