    When I flew back from Australia in 1988 there was a really bad thunder storm over Singapore. The whole plane was shaking and the drinks on the trays were flying across the plane. Even the cabin crew looked scared, and thats not good :laugh:

    Also when flying to Lanzerote, the plane tried to land but the runway is short and we had to take off again and fly around the island. Tried to land again but reached the end of the runway and had to take off again. This happened about 3 times before eventually landing safely.

    SUNDERLAND AFC........Why on earth is there room for two teams?
    Emergency lading in a herc in the Oman Desert north west of Sallalah. just about to land and we heard "Brace Brace Brace" over the tannoy. Not good with a rifle between your thighs :laugh:
