I was at the turf today (got a ground tour with the granddad) They looked to be taking out the wooden seats in the David Fishwick stand.

Would it not be possible to knock down the away end and put up a temporary stand? Then if it turns out you stay up you could build a proper new away end.

We're skint, I'd imagine they'll just replace the seats and fix the roof to save cost

Many an away fan say the like our away end , just not the seating but how many actually go to away games and sit down anyway? i know when i attend away games you've no choice but to stand up.. cant see them being in a major rush to sort the away end , or the Bob Lord stand .

New turnstiles in the away end, and refurbishing seats apparently. Hopefully they'll at least paint them. I personally think having spent a lot on a new roof the club should at least add new seats in there. You can't really polish a turd but it would look a hell of a lot better for the next couple of years anyway.

Turf Moor is supposed to be a football ground...not a ****in' cinema. You wanna make sure that ridiculous idea never happens. No place for that kind of bizarre nonsense in an English ground.
