The 5.5 million fine is far far too lenient, you should've been docked points, regardless of at what point in the season it was, u break the rules, u get punished, shouldnt matter when the hearing or investigations are.

Had you been bumbling around mid table (or pushing for the champions leage as you were supposed to be this season apparently ) then no doubt in my mind you would've been docked points but the premier league cant dock big london club west ham points if it will send them down now can they.

We get relegated for trying to play by the rules, west ham flaunt them and get away with it.

next season why not do the same thing in the january transfer window? by the time it gets found out and investigated it'll obviously be too late for them to dock points from you again
