Hi all Villains, I have the option on 3 tickets in the Doug Ellis stand for the game against Chelsea. They tickets aren't in the section allocated to Chelsea fans so I assume we'd be sitting amongst Villa fans. We're three peaceful Chelsea fans who happily chat with opposition fans outside the ground when we go to games at Stamford Bridge - never had any trouble in 40 years. Will we be ok as three Chelsea fans sat amongst the Villa fans or are we likely to be thrown out by the stewards in the event that we give ourselves away? We're not proposing to join any chants, swear or slag off our hosts, their team or their fans - but it'll be difficult to sit on our hands in the event of Chelsea scoring. Any thoughts?
With Villa performing like they are and the locals really wanting Lamberts head Id certainly sit on your hands. It will be hard as Chelsea should easily win this game and it could get messy for Villa, however it could get messy for you because them Brummies are cannibals.
Villa away is like a Sunday for the Villa fans, they must think they're in church going by the atmosphere.
