    :thumb Spot on.

no creation from Burnley, very little fight and we fully deserve to go down. Not good enough simple as that. Manager doesn't help either but i wont put ALL the blame on him as some Burnley fans seem to be doing.

Only time we come close to scoring was a ball across the six yard box second half

Looked a dive for pen, and their keeper looked to have handled outside the box . Cant be 100% sure on either yet because ive only just got home and not seen a million and one replays of either.

Just wish we could end the season now and crack on with next season

Brian Laws must be the most uninspiring man in Lancashire.

You had no fight, no belief, no creation, no nothing. And all that did was transmit itself into a suprisingly quiet crowd.

Mike Dean was awful, the penalty was dodgy, but so was basically everything he did.

Agree with that. Although sometimes the players in a big game like this should get themselves up for it and never loooked like doing. think the Wigan defeat last week knocked what stuffing they had out of them:laugh:

Hammer blow for burnely, was simply a must win game and with it being derby day aswell sounds like the pressure sapped them in the end.

There have been greater escapes but Burnley are looking more or less doomed to me now.

Another good win for Blackburn though and i think allardyce is starting to make his mark on the side now, and he could make them as tough to beat and as fearsome as his Bolton sides.

Think Phil Jones can go on to be a very good player, had very little to do against us but what the things he had to do did them well. Was impressed with him last week too.

Looking really good. I don't know what happens next week when Nelsen is fit again, becuase the captains arm band has woke something up in Samba too.

Shame he somehow managed to miss that rebound header, local lad would have loved a goal.

Gatti, since your about the only Burnley fan on here.

Basically, long story short, I have one of your seats. Got it today, smuggled it out under a jacket. No idea why I picked it up, I have no need or want for it.

Would you like it before I skip it? Not winding you up or anything, just realised a proper fan may want it as opposed to me sending it to the skip. Will meet you somewhere to give it you, aslong as your not a maniac?

40 arrests. Not bad, you outdone us and Pompey on the hatred stakes this season.

Coppers and stewards could have stopped a lot of what went on after the game ended. Instead of letting a couple of 100 if that Burnley fans stop behind in the David Fishwick stand they should have cleared them off but did nothing until the fans started chucking stuff at each other. I could see all that from the back of the Jimmy Mc stand because it takes five or 10 mins to get out with being right at the back.

    All handbags really though.

Wouldnt be the inbred derby without it.
