He gets vilified by the Spanish media, and is the ready made scapegoat if anything goes wrong at Madrid and by plenty of people in Britain as well. There's plenty of falsehoods that circulate about him, that just aren't true (that he's refused to leave when he agreed to leave last summer, and that he doesn't speak Spanish when he speaks very good Spanish).

He's not playing, because he doesn't get on with Zidane. Zidane left the first time because Perez wouldn't allow him to sell Bale and when Zidane came back the secodn time he said more or less straight away that Bale had no future at the club. There's clearly a dispute there between Zidane and Bale, and nobody's really to know who's in the wrong, but he wouldn't be able to play for Real Madrid now in those circumstances which is why he's played so little.

The argument that he's sitting out his contract might hold some ground, if he didn't agree last summer to end his contract by agreeing to leave the club. It's not his fault that Perez blocked the move again, and Bale was furious when the move got stopped. Since then, he's just become a bit of a scapegoat, and I'm not saying he's necessarily good enough for Madrid any more, but he'll a hundred percent jump at the opportunity to play regularly again even if it's in a loan in a similar move to Coutinho, James Rodriguez, Alexis Sanchez.

If he doesn't get a move, he might not be starting for Wales at the Euros.

I'd like to see him get a move he's too talented to be wasted on the bench be nice if Spurs could get him on loan or something. To reiterate I admire him as a player I just think if he really wanted to be playing more the last year or so he could have been I feel like he's just fell out of love with the game maybe idk.

Yeah, that's fair enough, we all want to see him playing regularly again.

I don't think he had the option of playing more this year. He's under a manager who doesn't want him, with a club that has six or seven other wingers to play, and was blocked his move out of the club.

Seeing his attitude around Wales camps, he clearly loves the sport.
