Good to see you back in the Prem. Do you think you'll do what Wigan did? Or just finish around midtablish?

 

Cheers. For me I think we'll stay up but can't see us matching Wigan's or West Ham's performance though. When you look at the lower level Prem teams I think we'll be competitive. We've proved we can more than match Premiership clubs in one-off cup games over the last few seasons so with some good signings, whoever they may well be, I reckon we'll do enough to stay up. May be comfortable, may be a bit of a scrap but am confident that come season 07/08 we'll still be here.

 

You beat us once in the cup, i think it was you, or was that Burnley, i'm not too sure.

I can see you finishing around the 12th position of the table, but i bet your fans won't be crumbling over that, staying in the Premiership is an achievement, especially to teams that just got promoted.

Make sure you didn't take any tips of Sunderland, otherwise you'll be joining them back in the Championship

 

It was both of us! Though Utd's win over Liverpool was only a first leg victory & you did us 2-0 at Anfield in the 2nd leg to knock us out of the League Cup. Two very eventful games both on & off the pitch.

12th would be magnificent but I'd take 17th. With the new TV deals that come into play season after next it really is a massive season for all the lower level Premiership clubs. Relegation for whoever suffers it is gonna be a real kick in the nuts next season.

I thought you did also. I remember the game at Anfield, but i forgot about your ground. I'm probalies thinking about Palace, lose 2-1 at there ground i think it was, then thrash them 5-0 at home. So much has changed since the Houllier days i'm forgetting things quicker.

I think we will finish about 13th next season. However, i would take 17th place now if it was offered!
