Let's give this kid a season or so before piling all our midfield woes on his shoulders, he's only 18. He made mistakes at West Ham but will learn from them and get better, what we shouldn't do is take for granted that he's our future, a lot more kids his age start well and then fail than succeed and go on to become top players. Promising start . . .
You're right to be fair, that is a lot of pressure on a young mans shoulders. I suppose I am just that desperate for some good news. I do think he's a talent though
