I loved my 3i but it was unreliable as hell. Wouldn't start in cold weather and kept breaking down. It was a friends who had previously looked after it well and it wasn't thrashed. Sadly all the older Ford's seemed to have reliability problems from what I hear.
You have a thing about Vauxhalls/Opels there Stret. I quite fancy the new shaped Vectra for my next car.
Not including my dads car that I used to share. 1st: Fiesta Encore White: 2nd: Black Fiesta Zetec 04 plate: Both 3dr(couldnt be bothered finding the proper pic.) The missus now drives the black fiesta: And I know drive a Toyota Celica GT pretty much a replica of this but in red. Not overly keen.
I know, I don't know how it came about . . . I'm hoping to break the chain this time round, but probably won't. The new Vectra is called the Insignia. The car park at work is full of them, they are very, very nice, but absolutely shocking on mpg.
I dont know how/cant be all that bothered on posting multiple pics of my cars. 1st, 1.4 Renault 19 TR (1988) 2nd, 1.6 Ford Sierra L (1988) 3rd, 1.8 Ford Mondeo GLX (1994) 4th, Vauxhall Astra 1.6 LS (1999) 5th, 1.9 TDI Renault Laguna (2002) 6th/current 1.8TDCI ford Focus LX (2004-54) Favourite out of all those (weirdly) is the Sierra. Quite like my Fords, however i am not such a fan of the newer Fords, the new/current shape Focus is a bit boring, the new Mondeo while pretty, is far too big for me, while the new Fiesta, (very pretty) is too small. So its either a newish Golf, or lose my head altogther and try and find an Alfa 159, mind you that Alfa would require a season ticket at a garage probably. That said, i dont really have any plans on replacing the Focus, hardly use it these days, using work vans now to get too and from work, so only use my car at weekends really.
passed the test of a year ago now (the Rs are down) :P 1st)1.6 astra G] 2nd)2.0 dti cdx vectra b 3rd)2.0 dti vectra C

Well my old man has had it a long time now and the only thing that seems to play up is the electric windows. So fingers crossed it doesn't get any worse. It's pretty darn old now but it still goes good.
First car - 1984 Toyota Corolla GS (wrote it off) Second car - 1983 Toyota Corolla GS (broke down too much so sold it for scrap) Third and current car - 1996 Nissan Skyline S2 GTS
Fair enough. I was really unlucky with mine. Power steering went, exhaust fell off, cam belt needed replacing and the drivers side electric window went. All that and I only owned it 12 months That said I've had 4 Peugeot's and I've mostly had no trouble with any of them, apart from the above.
I don't drive cars, I ride motorbikes. The total list would be too long the most recent have been; BMW R100S 980cc flat twin BMW R100RT " " " " Moto Guzzi California 1100i, 1064cc VTwin. MotoGuzzi Jackal " " Yamaha 900 Diversion, 860cc in line 4 The last two I still have, this is the Jackal;
