First car I used to drive was my mum's blue Fiat Panda. Now that car could tell some stories. I had a series of motorbikes that I rode all through college, university and my early work days. I didn't actually own my own car until 1994, when my Dad gave me an old MG Maestro 1600 that needed doing up. Spent some time refurbishing the interior, repaired the rust, re-sprayed it bought some new alloys and tuned the engine. That was a great car, drove all over Britain and Europe in that for a few years, before I finally replaced it with a company car (Subaru Imprezza Turbo). Ended up selling the Maestro to my dustman for 50 quid when I lived in Manchester.
