Vote: Kairal I'm more inclined to believe Joga with a role I put in the game than Masons x2 and then people selecting them. Why would you even do it knowing you might be the only Mason?
I mean I picked mason because I really didn't want to be scum. I expected it to just be a VT effectively, which I was ok with. Turns out someone else did have it.

I think the mod error had potential to ruin the game but luckily there are enough town in the game to ensure the win.

He obviously won't be able to confirm that Kairal was GUILTY (cult). That would unfairly Town-confirm me, and scum-confirm Kairal. As PB said, lynch Kairal. This will prove if I am telling the truth / lying. The Town Cop Of All Trades is scum's biggest threat.
