What is the feel in Germany about players coming back to play @Dirk ? Are the public happy with this or feel its taking a big risk and they should wait longer?
PSG Champions in France. PSG crowned Ligue 1 champions after French football cancelled Bottom 2 relegation and top 2 in the 2nd division promoted with no relegation play-off.
Glad to see O.Marsella back in the UCL. If not for Qatar literally hijacking the whole french league, this would have been their first title since 09-10.
Seems that Neymar (on his twitter) accuses now his opponent Alvaro of racism and that he has insulted him throughout the whole match "The only thing I regret, is, that I haven't hit this idiot in the face" btw: Worst season start for PSG since 1985!
Embarrassing for everyone involved really. I don't believe a word that comes out of Neymar's mouth to be honest on any issue, just due to his history of lying, cheating and diving.
Cracking start to the 20-21 season. With any luck PsG won't win this ligue. I think the loss in the UCL final and Mbappé leaving in 2021 will haunt them. Neymar is an abject bellend. "As ugly as a teenage millionare" (David Bowie).
Was quite fun tbh. Reminded of the good old days with shit football and red cards galore. Pretty much like last night. Marseille should have won 2-0, Benedetto's goal should have stood, VAR useless as usual. We'll destroy them on the Canebière. 5-0. Quote me on that.
We are top of the league (for now). Tough couple of games coming up with Monaco and St Etienne though.
Indeed I do. St Etienne have looked really good so far, maintaining their 100% record at Marseille. I'd love to see a new title winner this season but can't really see anybody being consistent enough to trouble PSG. They've had a dodgy start, but they'll undoubtedly hit their stride soon enough and build a commanding lead as usual.
Been largely outshadowed by new bright kid on the block Camavinga. I wish we'd sign him before someone else does. We badly need fresh legs in midfield (Gueye has been shocking for us after a bright start) and I can just see him ending up in Spain.
I watched the first half of PSG-Bordeaux. PSG were leading 2:0 and I thought the game was over. Wrong. While watching Alavés stun Real Madrid with a 2:1 away win, Bordeaux somehow fought back in the Parc des Princes for a 2:2 draw. I was not expecting that comeback, as Bordeaux haven't shown much similarity to their great team of the 90s for some years now.
