For the journeys they have to do it really holds up well, when you consider what Eastleigh take with the home crowds they get it’s polar opposites. Fair play to anyone at this level that travels away, I have cut back due to the insane expense dragging my son along now and increased pricing but will still do 10-15 this season. How many does everyone else do on here?
Two or three at the most, way too expensive for little reward or enjoyment, our numbers have dropped off for those reasons so not even as many faces to have a pint with any more
That's what i had been told too. but I have got my figures from the director that deals with ticketing.
Usually 17+. Can't think of any season where I did less than 15. Midweek ones no drama. Solihulltonight will be a joyless bumming, the wife says 'you don't have to go'. She's wrong, I do
Did 20 of the 23 aways last season - missed Aldershot, Hartlepool and Halifax. My current circumstances are very fortunate as they allow me to attend the bulk of Wealdstone fixtures (OK, maybe that's unfortunate given how we're currently going). It will be a similar figure again this season, sadly been to all 7 away fixtures so far this season. The cost is ridiculous, it was a few hundred quid to do Halifax and Gateshead away on back-to-back Saturdays a few weeks ago.
The official attendance will come through later I'm sure, but for now it looked like 90 or so Braintree at Wealdstone last night.
I made it to 15 in all last season (ten in the regular season, two cup games and the three play-offs). Should do more this season with more games in the south - am planning on at least 14 in the league.
I'll miss Barnet away as i'm on holiday but will go to all others Only missed one away (Barnet ironically) last season, which included going to Gateshead twice in 8 days
With Tamworth and Solihull back to back, it seemed logical that most of our fans would prioritise Tamworth. Especially with being able to stream the Solihull match. Plus we’re shit.
