Was weird seeing Spurs doing such a professional job on Thursday.

Time for the universe to correct itself.

    0-3.

Tonight will go a long way in showing whether we're really up for a CL position or not. Funny that despite a few losses, a win would put us back up to 3rd.

Forest look dangerous every time they attack.

This Forest team is the worst opponent possible for this Spurs team. And that's before you get to the fact Spurs are completely checked out in the league this season.

Awful clearance from Williams, and a even worse finish from Tels.

Genuinely hope you get CL football at the end of this - you've fully deserved it.

Was that shithousing or just supreme efficiency? I don't know but whatever it was has us Europe-bound... love it.

    Huge 3 points.

we were great for 20 minutes then absolutely terrible.
Thank goodness Spurs’ finishing was so wasteful…

Almost there for Europe now… just trying to enjoy the ride

Predictable result given how shite Spurs are. But watch them produce their best performance of the season next Sunday.

No surprises today. Have only seen the stats but seems like we did okay but Forest aren't a team you want to go behind against.

Disappointing that we're not even going to break 50 points this season but ultimately it doesn't matter if we lose the next five league games.

Lol, no. Our record at Anfield is woeful, we'll be prioritising Europe a few days later and our fans will be willing Liverpool on to the title.

We're also much more inferior so even a fully motivated Spurs team would lose at Anfield.

Unfortunately, we're struggling right now, especially up front. Salah hasn't scored from open play in 9 games and the rest of the forward line simply haven't been good enough.

If you can bag a goal, which I wouldn't rule out as the defence is also less than convincing recently, I wouldn't be surprised to see you get a point simply by virtue of the fact we'd need two goals to win the game and I can see us falling short.

Salah loves a goal against Spurs. He'll end his drought next week.

The game followed our classic M.O. Go ahead early and defend the lead.

The only difference being is that we scored 2 this time early on. All these managers with their 'philosophies' keep on stubbornly sticking to their principles against us while Nuno rubs his hands together. Ange was never going to change anything and played right into our hands just as so many others have.

You're where you are in the league for a reason. It's not a one off, and it's not shithousery. Sure, there were a couple of tactical yellow card fouls in there to break play down, but you're taught to do that even at school and Sunday league level.

I've been travelling since 6pm so I had to follow the game on twitter of all places. It sounds like we had them on the ropes in the first 20 and should have gone for the jugular. Then we went to the Nuno efficient approach and I'd argue it is efficiency over shithousery but any efficient performance probably needs a bit of shithousery!

I think we need to grow to being more like we were in the first 20 mins for longer periods of games but that's for next season. We've done enough growing this season - growing beyond our wildest dreams
