Rafa will be back one day, here got unfinished business. On another note.... Liverpool have been given the go ahead, allowing them (not the council) to allocate the amount of tickets for FA cup tie against united, last time the council only allowed 1,500 in the premiership game, it looks like they may get 6,000 this time round. (same as City in the CC)
Article in the Echo today. If you could bring players back who would it be, there was no list printed for Liverpool or Everton but God seemed to be the top of our list. Players included Torres, Barnsie, MacManaman one bloke said he would donate a major organ if Xabi came back. Evertonians went for Dixie, big Dunc, Gravesen.
Oh I do like to be beside the seaside, oh I do like to be beside the sea, oh I do like to walk along the prom prom prom, where the brass band plays **** OFF WEST BROM
What's this new trend creeping into the game, booing the opposition when they have the ball. I first heard it in a European game, heard it at the weekend, now it's happening in the Cardiff - Palace game.
Back at Wembley after 16yrs? it doesn't seem that long! Just been watching SNN, Fairclough (super sub) outside of Anfield said" Kenny had three goals this season", he didn't say what they were.... but made out CC was one, we know top 4 is an other; i can only guess good run in the FA is the third.
People seem to forget Wembley was shut for 7 years. How many times did we go to Cardiff in that time? And who did we beat?
Exactly, does my tit in hearing Sky Sports bang on how "Liverpool haven't been to Wembley since 96". They fail to mention no-one actually "reached wembley" for around half of those years. It's the same as when teams in the premier league are beaten by sides like Blackpool and we hear "That's Liverpools first defeat by Blackpool in the league for 40 years"....not mentioning the fact its the first league game between the two for 40 years or so.
Three Liverpool coppers charged for fighting before the derby match last January, I've not made it up, it's on BBC text ,around the UK, north west. I'm sure there are a few jokes to be had from this, like the three police were forcing a bitter through a Kop turnstile
Here's a statistic. What happened the last time Liverpool knocked Manchester United out of the FA Cup? They won it. To make the dream a reality and history does repeat itself, I'm hoping Liverpool meet Chelsea in the semi final......like 2006. Its like the stat that every time Liverpool have met a greek team in Europe...they won the competition.
I still don't understand why a Liverpool fan was making a monkey gesture.....Wayne Rooney wasn't playing. He looks like a shaved gorilla.
Patrick Barclays despicable twitter message from tonight... https://twitter.com/#!/christobinsings/status/166961629269983232/photo/1
Paddy Barclay is a tool of the highest order. That confirms it. Unacceptable behavior. I hope his testicles freeze on a bus bench.
Unbelievable.... Once a reporter of "The Times", now reports in a local rag (London Evening Standard.) what a fall.... hope he broken an ankle on the way down; one of the last LMA supports no less, poor sole..... Not one single blog about the comment, he's no longer news worthy, now writing himself out of history, to the point no cares what he says.
