At home to Dundee but you can only beat what's infront of you. Thought the Rangers were crumbling too
If we don't take our chance from now until the end of the season we don't deserve it. Sir Phillipe Clement and the legend James Tav (pen) can get back in their box tonight though
Lively start to this game. Thought the pen was harsh viewed at full speed but the slo mo shows he did catch the heel of the Celtic player. Red card was probably right, silly going for it with your foot at that height.
Ol' Firm ' bottle jobs ' Good to see ex Posh player Jorge Grant on the scoresheet for Hearts & with the last chance Hearts can get decent cash for Shankland with only 1 year left on his contract in the summer & him not getting any younger wouldn't surprise me to see out of contract Jonson Clarke-Harris fill his boots & team up with ex Posh players Jorge Grant & Frankie Kent .
I can see why Celtic are frustrated but we al know the handball rule is a lottery ! And I think the red card gets given most weeks .
I don't think any of the big decisions (the two pens and the red card) were absolutely clear cut and could have gone either way tbf. The high foot was very dangerous, but there was no intent. It wasn't malicious, probably given as a red most weeks though.
Btw it wasn't just Sunday the officials got decisions wrong.. it happened on Saturday at Ibrox too.. Only happens to Celtic though.
What happened in your game? In our game, I thought the red card was the correct decision. Thought both penalties were 'soft' but can see why both have been given.
Roofe was fouled in the dying minutes. Casey should have been red carded, who went on to score the winner. So, u agree all decisions to an extent were correct?
I think they were overall, yeah. I think both our fans and Hearts fans will feel aggrieved by the penalty given against them, but I've seen plenty of similar incidents given as penalties in the past couple of seasons. Many feel the red card should've been a booking but I think Yang's lack of awareness to have his boot that high could easily be interpreted as dangerous play.
If Rangers lose today they won't win the league. Handing Celtic derby wins at key points of the season costs them every year. Celtic have a better team, better squad, and more resources, so the head to heads can't be ending in losses 3+ times a season.
