Cracking game for 3/4 of it & I don't know how Raith managed to bag all 3 points with their GK having a blinding game & Caley Thistle hitting bar 3 or 4 times .

Dundee Utd v Airdrie next week & tomorrow BBC Scotland showing Aberdeen v Celtic on Live 12.30 kick off and an alternative to City v Chelsea is Cove Rangers v Alloa on BBC Alba , I think I'll watch the FA Cup Semi

 

Airdrie v Dundee Utd live on Sportscene tonight 7.45 kick off in which I think the away side win the league with a win though I may be wrong .

 

Congratulations Dundee Utd , 2nd best of the night with GK Walton deserved m.o.m .

You think you've seen everything in football but a half hearted pitch invasion by D.U.F.C. fans including 1 person on a mobile scooter & now some dickheads trying to break the crossbar .

 

Sky but no Sky Sports for me so no Bolton v Barnsley it'll have to be the play off , Airdrie v Partick , hopefully lots of goals , looks like more away fans than home who've made the trip from Glasgow not sure how far it is .

 

Cracking game , although positioning from both GK's for Particks 2nd & now Airdrie's equaliser both questionable .

 

You'd think with home advantage that it's gonna be Partick's to lose , but then again , it's the Scottish Championship anything happens especially in the play offs .

Talking of play offs , I noticed Stranraer are fighting for their league safety & playing East Kilbride , defeat over both legs could see Stranraer joining the likes of East Stirling , Albion Rovers & Cowdenbeath in slipping out of the league in recent times .

 

1st leg Partick v Raith tonight at 7.45 Live on Sportscene for the rights to play after 2 legs St Johnstone or Ross County who I think play each other in Premier tomorrow night .

Before the above I'll have 15 mins of Dumbarton v The Spartans Live on Alba 7.30 kick off & then 15 mins at half time of Partick v Raith .

Who needs Spurs v Man City eh

 

Couple of decent 2nd half saved from Raiths GK but they were quite comfortable & reckon they'll still go through .

Caught a bit of Dumbarton v Spartans , nice setting for a footie ground with big hill with a fort on top in the background & at 2-1 all to play for .

Alba are showing Hamilton v ICT tomorrow at 8.05 , the Scottish end of season stuff is in full swing .

 

Spartans v Dumbarton on BBC Alba already 1-1 after 4 mins , the lower league Scottish goalfest continues & it looks a lovely night in Edinburgh .

Raith v Partick on BBC Sportscene in 7 mins will take precedent , Raith have the advantage but if Partick score the 1st goal could get interesting .

Decent turnout from Partick , not sure how far it is .

 

Extra time at Kirkcaldy despite Graham's shocking miss in the 95th minute to win the tie .

Decent match with 1 team bossing it for 10 mins & then the other , hope it's won in the final 30 & not decided on penalties .

 

Want Raith to win because they haven't been in the SPL for ages. Love the ground with the houses visible down the side.

Feel for Partick , did enough easily to win the game tonight & looked to be heading through via the pen shoot out but as with this match it swung around once again .

Fancy either Ross or St Johnstone to beat Raith & Premier League teams have v good play off record v Championship teams in Final .

 

Yeah Raith didn't look great and I'd imagine the SPL side will have too much for them. But you never know. Is the final two legged? If so, that'll heavily favour the SPL side.
