It's a derogatory term to refer to anyone, of any religion or none, who is associated with either version of Rangers. It's not sectarian and never has been. To suggest otherwise is completely bereft of logic.

And previously another judge ruled it as not sectarian in another case. Something being in law does not automatically make it right. Bad court decisions are common.
