Local stuff for me and went to see Glantraeth comfortably win with local lad McGonigle moving there from Caernarfon, then home for the TV game. I can see where the Bangor faithful are coming from more these days, this is not good TV, the same boring team week after week, the league a foregone conclusion almost before a ball is kicked, another empty stadium and it is getting more like Groundhog Day. 5 goals against the runners up last season, this is not going to get people through the gates. Trundled over to Llandudno yesterday to another empty stadium and another feast of non football, what's happened to them and should either team really be in a Premier League, a penalty was the only way either team was going to score, dreadful and a waste of money. Is it me or is local football in its death throws? Or am I turning into Victor Meldrew?
No you are not it,s a One Horse Race not helped by Sgorio,s Boot-Licking of Tns. If Tns are that good why do so few of their players leave for higher grade English football ? You can't knock C/H for what he has done at Tns but he must be looking to find a higher level of management ? Park Hall does appear to have good facilities and P/P for a 3,000 all seater venue but is that worth it on gates of 200 ? Finally what i really would love to see is a side simply not bother lose 35-0 to Tns and the would be an embarrassment for The WPL that they would be unable to answer for. Come-on you students really take the P+++ out of Tns and The WPL.
