All too interesting from this perspective. Not for the first time this season, we should have won and put a poor Bradford side away before the referee intervened in added time. I was at the other end from the decision so have no idea if it was right or not. All I do know is that if the speculation that has been spreading since full time is correct, then it won't be the first time recently that football is placed in its appropriate perspective.

I didn't watch any of the game, but to be fair I have seen a lot of Grimsby fans on socials saying it was the right decision to give the pen and red card. Sounds like neither side had any real quality, you scoring with your only shot on target and us looking like we can't be arsed.

Very surprised Eisa or Vernam didn't get on. I'd imagine they would have got at our defence and you probably would have scored more than the 1 goal. Is there a reason they don't get on? Neither have the greatest injury record so possibly that but if they're fit enough to be on the bench you'd imagine they're fit enough to play some part.

Getting tight at the bottom now, and I've stuck a tenna on you boys to go down simply because of the odds and the fact 99% of your fanbase seem to think you are doomed  Good luck this month, sounds like you may need it...

It'll be fine for Grimsby, we'll give them 3 points next game!

Suspect the Bradford fans will have had the best view of all of the penalty incident but the video I saw earlier today didn't make for great viewing.

Since we've reverted to a back three (or five depending on your view) after looking leakier than the nearest sieve during most of January and February, it's tricky to get either Eisa or Vernam (who's also had injury issues of late) into the team. Justin Obikwu, who we've had on loan from Coventry since January has also done really well of late.

As for backing us to drop, you are very, very late to that party. I topped up my investment last night when I saw there was still a lovely bit of 11/2 available.

Omar Bogle will probably make a miraculous return to haunt us.

Bogle is back, but to be honest we've played better without him!

I think that probably explains why he hasn't progressed as much as I hoped he would when he left us. For the six months or so prior to him leaving, he was our main threat in attack and was absolutely brilliant playing with the confidence of the main man. With his ability and physical attributes, he should have done better at a higher level for me. I'd certainly have him back at our place.

Don't get me wrong, on his day he is unplayable at this level, but far to often his inconsistencies crept in and it ended up costing the team. I do expect him to move on in the summer go pastures new

Jesus Christ what a win! Didn’t have access to my phone for the whole game checked and couldn’t believe we’d won again.

Even I’ll now admit it’s a shame Crawley won yesterday or we’d have been right in the play off race

I know Wrexham are a strong team, but I also knew that Doncaster are an unstoppable force right now so I went for the win (along with Waldron). We could so easily have won 3 or 4-0 based on the number of shots we had on goal. A shame it wasn't more as it would have helped our goal difference. An interesting end of season coming as we see if Doncaster can reach 7th place. I wouldn't bet against it. Just down to how well other clubs do. Odd for a team that was down in 22nd place for a lot of the early season and we were moaning about how crap we were.

it's so tight still got a chance!

I understand Paul Mullin was a tad greedy trying to score a goal by tapping in a goal bound shot when offside.

Looking at the table only Stockport look solid as we go into the last 4-6 games. Even the mighty Mansfield, Wrexham, MK Dons and Crewe have their fair share of losses recently. The top 7 places can be quite different at the end of next month.
And at the other end, perm any from Grimsby, Sutton, Colchester and Forest Green who might go down. Sutton are playing well, but have played more games which inflates their position.
Tense times at both ends of the table.

That was a huge win for Doncaster last night and I really think they can sneak seventh place now. I know Crawley are in decent form at the moment but I reckon their next two games away at Mansfield and Wrexham will go a long way to determining if they can keep up that challenge. The other teams in the mix don't seem to be pulling up many trees at the moment.

At the bottom, it is now firmly a four-way fight. Any breathing space we'd managed to build up with our recent good run has gone and, with our rivals all playing sides in the top four on Saturday, we simply have to beat Newport.

    @DonnyOsmond @Donnyrovers90 @SilverTop60 you're lot are flying atm , what's the big change in fortune ?

Tommy Rowe has been speaking to Posh media about his pride in leading Posh out at Wembley with his Son as a mascot 10 years ago when we beat Chesterfield 3-1 in the J.P.T. & lifting the trophy with his now manager , Grant McCann , jeez , time flies .

A random spot from this League in Monday's ITV highlights was a York City Saltire in the Gillingham away end at Harrogate , weird !

Players coming back from injury, 3 quality signings in Craig, Adelakun and Lo-Tutala (it helps to have a keeper who’s actually good), and McCann being able to find a solid core of players who feature every week.

We’ve gone from having loads of people out, to now knowing that Lo-Tutala, Sterry, Wood, Bailey, Craig, Adelakun, Molyneux and Ironside will be starting 9 times out of 10. That’s been a huge huge factor. It’s all just clicked

DR90, you just beat me to it. I agree with everything you say.

In the winter window Grant McCann signed Jay McGrath (St Patrick's Athletic), Matthew Craig (Tottenham (loan)), Billy Waters (Wrexham (loan)), Hakeeb Adelakun (Lincoln City (loan)), Thimothee Lo-Tutala (Hull City (loan)), Maxime Biamou (Free Agent). Most have shown to be excellent signings.

It's probably fair to say most Rovers fans want to keep Craig, Adelakun and Lo-Tutala, in particular, into next season if their clubs would let them stay.

Watched the Donc v Wrexham on iFollow. That was one cracking save by Lo-Tutala from a header, Donny fully deserved their win.
Mullin greedily tapped in the goal-bound shot when offside. Mullin plays for Mullin, no one else.
