I think it was Smiffy on SZ that mentioned Pearce has the same agent as GSM, Powell, Hyde and Steve Arnold, so that's a positive.
I still think that York will be favourites to sign him, but if we pulled off McCallum and Pearce added to Waldron and Cards, if Cards stays through the summer, then that's a helluva strike force to have.

As if to prove a point, TC9 now saying we are in advanced talks with Pearce and a deal could be confirmed soon. Shows how much they know!

We are in talks with Fu Kin No One. Highly respected in his own country. We are just negotiating on how many packets of Starbursts he wants before finalising a deal.

Apparently he wants to be the workhorse of the team but we've already got Jamie Cooke running around in circles achieving bugger All so could create unrest in the camp.

 

And we'll find out about any new signings 2pm on opening day of the new season, as per usual.
