Yeah your better off just putting him on ignore. The guy is a knob. He accused forest green and port vale of cheating last season due to having a poor pitch when they were losing pretty much every game and couldn't afford to pay to have the work done on there pitch. Forest green ended up getting relegated and have been relegated again down to non league so not sure how that is cheating when they have been relegated twice. His Peterborough team played young lads and reserves against Cheltenham last week in a game of importance at both ends of the table they put out a weaker team and lost on purpose so if any team is a cheat then it's Peterborough.
I think everybody should put shit on the cobblers on ignore. Even the other Peterborough fan who posts on here who is decent poster doesn't like him.

Oxford always gives out an away allocation of around 1500 as it's the maximum they can give. If they had a four sided stadium and bigger capacity then I'd say they could allocate more but unfortunately they don't have the capacity to do that.

I have looked at the ticket allocation for our games but I'd imagine we will give Barnsley similar to what we gave Portsmouth the other week which was 2600 when we can allocate 5000 to away fans. Barnsley do have a big away end holds 5000 to 6000 but I'd imagine they will only give us about half of that.

He's obviously a decent manager mate, and comment was a bit tongue in cheek. As for us winning play offs? cant see it mate, we are defending terrible atm.

The club should pledge to pay the debts off like others have in the same circumstances...

Only 4 hours before 1st of the play offs , good luck to @Arkwright , @Bolton-John , @Malvinkamara & any other Barnsley & Bolton fans on here .

Teams finishing 3rd have been promoted in 4 of last 5 seasons so it all bodes well for Bolton who are worthy favourites from the 4 teams left in & would probably have best chances of survival if promotion beckons .

I wonder if any club in any English play off match have gone into it with just an interim manager like Barnsley are ?

Should have got Neil Readfearn in on a 3 week contract :D .

I’m pleased we bucked the trend :D

I’d like one of Bolton or Oxford up personally, we haven’t played Bolton since they demolished us 6-0 (perversely the best thing to happen to us) in League One and Oxford haven’t been in the Championship in a very long time. Good luck to all teams though. Let’s hope for some entertaining football.

Good start for Bolton though one day sooner or later when an opposition player goads home support after scoring a goal someone will take real offence & the player will get attacked .

    Now 2-0.

Getting revenge on Barnsley for last year I feel.

    EDIT: 3-1.

Barnsley got one back but Bolton scored straight from a corner in injury time!

Deserved win for Bolton though think Barnsley will score at Reebok they're better away from home than at home but massive advantage for Bolton , wonder if their fans are planning train trips & hotel stopovers prematurely ?

I don't think anyone's surprised by that result by how Barnsley fell into the playoffs on an awful run. Feels like a waste of a playoff place.

Last semi final away day lost 5-1

Last away day at Oxford lost 5-0

    Surely Posh won't be that sh*te 3 times in a row ?

Re Oxford defeat , we'd played at Wembley on Sunday 4.30 kick off , got p*ssed that night & Monday , played Port Vale 7.45 on Wednesday night & then Oxford 3pm on the Saturday , 3 games in just under 6 days & the data showed lots of players hit the wall , whatever that means .

As for our play off record in semis & finals .

    Played 13
    Won 8
    Drawn 2
    Lost 3
    For 26
    Against 16

We've never lost a home leg in play offs , I'm going on Wednesday my 2 matches saw a 1-1 draw v Orient & 2-0 win v Fake Dons & we're unbeaten at Wembley in all competitions & at Old Trafford in Finals , throw in the has nothing to do with today or Wednesday that we've never lost to Liverpool also & things bode well :hopefully:D

Been saying ages we been defending shite mate.

I wasn't surprised, Would have have been for the best if we hadn't made it into play offs. For the record, I believe Peterborough are very likely winners.

You guys will score at Bolton , though , so will they & don't curse us with wishes of promotion , with 7/8k home fan base , smallest in Championship , smallest budget , youngest squad , it's a waste of time other than grabbing TV money & running .
Weird game tonight , I thought we were very negative 1st half & Oxford thoroughly deserved their lead with Posh conceding from , surprise surprise , a set piece , 2nd half we were better & Oxford got more nervous as the half went on but probably deserved to take a lead into 2nd leg .

I thought the ref was ok tonight , they get lots of stick , was good to see Poku get 45 mins under his belt , that bodes well for Wednesday & there's a bit of a 2011 feeling about this when we took Fake Dons back to London Road 1 goal down & battered them 2nd leg & somehow managed only to win 2-0 .

Already looking forward to Wednesday , not sure if we'll sell out with on a Saturday probably 1/4 to 1/3 of our fan base being between 5 & 12 years old , with school that day & next morning it'd be a shame on their parents taking them with the possibility of extra time , penalties & a 10.45 finish time roughly .

    Lovely day in PE1 & 2 which I've just cycled through .

Looking forward to tonight , Posh have never lost a home leg in a play off so here's hoping that stat continues albeit I think Oxford will go through , we've had our day at Wembley , you rarely get 2 in a season at tier 3 level .

If you win tonight you'd only be the third to do it at this level after us in 1998 and Barnsley in 2016. Those two teams won both the Trophy in whichever form it was then and the playoffs. As much as I fancied Oxford to win the playoffs before they started, I wouldn't be surprised if you turn it around tonight.

    Was it handball ?

Couldn't see from where we were other than their player proper leathered it .

Fair play to Oxford , had a game plan , kind of anti football with a large dose of shithousing similar to when Manning was in charge , I remember the blonde woman with the ponytail running on umpteen times in the game to patch up their walking dead .

Thought we were leggy tonight & Fergie has been out thought by another 1st season coach in Buckingham similar to Mousihno a few weeks back , god knows why he played & or kept Poku on for as long as he did , Burrows was miles off it Jade-Jones was like a dog chasing a crisp packet .

Overall , it's been a great season , a Wembley win , made the play offs ( again ) with the youngest squad in this league , beat Wimps 2-0 , Shoe Scum 5-1 & Scumbridge 5-0 & played some lovely football in the process , highest scorers in this division so plenty of positives & now the fire sale begins , it's Posh , its what we do , buy , nurture , sell , repeat .

Unfortunately yes although suppose you can never be sure these days !

You had most of the game but not many clear chances until the end .

Great clearance off the line from Oxford .
