Very big night for Mr Kane. You left Spurs for these nights, now influence them.

Piss poor from Kim at CB for Bayern there. Then had the audacity to moan at his right back.

Vinicius made him look horrible. The best goals are the ones that look so simple. Come deep, spin and then go.

No idea why he decided to follow him so far out of defence though. If he gets the ball 40 yards out there's no threat, don't leave that much space behind yourself.

So Real. Do absolutely nothing but somehow find a way to be winning. Seems to always be something in the mentality there when it comes to Europe. They obviously did it in the last round against Man City after being second best for most of the tie.

I'm guessing having Vinicius Jr running at you is not the most exciting prospect in the world

Yep. Like City we are playing well, had plenty chances, but they always find a way, uncanny.

Yes they and the manager are masters at it.

Madrid almost see the Champions league as the most important thing to win ahead of La Liga too.

Lovely goal. I was just thinking Madrid seemed happy to play at Bayern's pedestrian pace. Bayern needed that.

Sane is a force of nature when he gets going. Scary player, petrified me a few weeks ago.

I swear his penalties are getting better. He's scored some un-Kane like penalties this season.

Hopefully Dier has a competent partner in the second leg. He's been excellent again tonight.

If this ends 2-2 it's an excellent advert for why it's a mistake to get rid of away goals. This game is essentially pointless and the second leg starts again at 0-0.
