Bit out there but Shakib Al Hasan (BAN) 1) Sunil Gavaskar 2) Stephen Fleming (C) 3) Sourav Ganguly 4) Graeme Pollock 5) Mike Hussey 6) Kumar Sangakkara 7) Andrew Flintoff 8) Shakib Al Hasan 9) Shane Warne 10) Fred Trueman 11) Dale Steyn

1. Matthew Hayden 2. Alastair Cook 3. Sir Donald Bradman 4. Mohammad Yousef 5. Mahela Jayawardene 6. Matt Prior (W) 7. Daniel Vettori (C) 8. Richard Hadlee 9. Malcolm Marshall 10. Vernon Philander 11. Curtly Ambrose
You're probably right regarding Inzamam Rob, could have also put Kirsten there as he was a specialist opener.
1) Kevin Pietersen (ENG) 2) Conrad Hunte (WI) 3) Viv Richards (WI) 4) Ricky Ponting (AUS) Captain 5) Jacques Kallis (SA) 6) Javed Miandad (PAK) 7) Kapil Dev (IND) 8) Alan Knott (ENG) Wicket-keeper 9) Waqar Younis (PAK) 10) Anil Kumble (IND) 11) Glenn McGrath (AUS)
Extremely strong side Joga, though KP to open is a gamble and then some!!! Thought you might have gone for the two spinners option after you'd picked two of the great all rounders.
Good idea, switching them. 1) Graeme Smith (C) 2) Gary Kirsten 3) Michael Clarke 4) Len Hutton 5) Inzamam-ul-Huq 6) Gary Sobers 7) MS Dhoni (W) 8) Wasim Akram 9) Abdul Qadir 10) Michael Holding 11) Sydney Barnes I like my team, I think it is frighteningly strong and balanced, very few egos.
Agreed - KP will walk to the crease exuding arrogance, and will either be out for a duck, or hit a double century But that is where the great Conrad Hunter comes in - his more reserved attacking nature lets the likes of KP and Viv Richards to play their shots, making my batting order complete. There are so many exciting partnerships in the top-to-middle order: Pietersen-Hunte-Richards-Ponting-Kallis-Miandad.
Once Ross makes his final pick people can start PM me your votes (list on OP) if all in by thurs ill post the results then
