the only final klopp has not been to with liverpool is the fa cup final. those middle three have not shifted up but it was all part of the learning.
I don't see Liverpool under Klopp getting to a domestic final anytime soon tbh. Would need to flesh out the squad a bit more. If Covid hadn't have happened, then perhaps we would have seen a couple of big signings this window to help that, but I just can't see us signing anyone, so he'll keep mixing and matching the youth lads into the FA and League Cups.
yeah but you never know if we actually get a favourable draw for once. without the world club now I reckon we'd have a half shot at the league cup but only if Chelsea and city play each other.
Thinking about it, having the 5 subs for next season could help, as it would help with better rotation throughout all the competitions; and if we get a bit of luck in the draws, we could have half a chance of going the distance.
Has the shitty 5 subs thing being confirmed for next season? Shocking if so. And I don’t think it should matter who we draw, we should have enough to put a cup run together especially in the FA Cup.
I believe it is going to happen, just for next season with the schedule being crammed due to the delays because of the pandemic. I'm fine with it continuing afterwards also if I'm honest; since the PL doesn't help those who are in the European competitions as it is, and this is a way to make sure players get adequate rest and rotation which should help us for example.
I think it gives an unfair advantage to the big clubs with big squads. Ridiculously so really. It shouldn’t be allowed next season but if they feel it’s needed due to the pandemic then ok but after that then it shouldn’t be used.
