Evening folks @TLC @TAFKAP @StretfordEnd Is the site on a go slow at the moment? It’s taking forever to load every page but every other site I use is fine, so I don’t think it’s my connection. I’m on my iPhone using Safari to view the site as I always have done.
I might be wrong but this happened when I was on another Forum and an insecure message came up but I could still post, it was to do with the SSL Certificate had run out and the site owner had not recieved a reminder to renew it from them so he renewed it asp and everything came back in order. As per above, I had trouble logging in again and this notice appeared.... "The connection to www.footballforums.net is not secure. You are seeing this warning because this site does not support HTTPS" connect site / go back My firewalls are safe enough so I just connected back into here. Saying all that the site has gone back to normal, it's speeding along!!!!!!!!
Sorry guys, I didn't see this earlier. Everything seems fine now without my interference, so I can only guess that our hosting company had a temporary issue. Let me know if it gets worse again and I haven't already noticed!
The same thing has just happened and this came up........ I just connected by clicking the continue to site Edit: Just been away for around 10 minutes, no change, had to connect by the continue to site, very slow loading too.
Site is being incredibly slow for me again. It’s only been happening for the past 2 hours or so. I’m on my iPhone using the Safari browser.
I've just rebooted it - let's see if that helps. Tbh though, the server looks in good shape, so I think the hosts might have some network congestion going on.
All working fine for me since the reboot, couldn’t get on prior to that. So reboot has helped thank you
Yeah it was horrendously slow yesterday, just after the game ended. Was especially bad when trying to quote other posts. Seems fine now.
