I agree. It's sad for the league when a player of his calibre leaves, even more so when it's to a club who already have a wealth of midfield talent he's going to find difficult to supplant. Unfortunately for BVB it seems there was a 6m euro release clause in his deal, which means RM will have a bargain player warming their bench next season. McClaren.
Another great scoop from Bungle! http://www.footballshirtculture.com/11/12-kits/fc-schalke-2011-12-away-third-adidas-kits.html
1 - Bundesliga - 34 Spieltag. Hannover - Nürnberg BVB - Frankfurt Bayern - Stuttgart Freiburg - Leverkusen Mainz - St.Pauli Hoffenheim - Wolfsburg HSV - Gladbach Köln - Schalke Lautern - Bremen Last day of the season and a lot of relegation issues to be resolved. Up at the top it's mostly decided other than what way around Bayern/Leverkusen and Hannover/Mainz will finish. The former two are already qualified for the CL and the latter two for the euro league.
The money would be no problem, we are loaded. But with Müller, Ribery, Robben, Schweinsteiger, Kroos and Altintop the idea of signing another midfielder is ridiculous. We already have a superb midfield, it's defenders we need.
Diego sacked? I thought Wolfsburg would sell him, now he is going to be a good free signing for a decent European team
Wolfsburg are now moderating their language as obviously they don't want to end up with no fee here. Diego has been demoted to the reserves and is expected on June 23 for training. If he doesn't turn up huge fines are being mentioned. Seems they will sell at the first decent offer, he has been dire tbf.
You would be if it was the same style shirt and actually the same colour rather than some obvious photoshop of the 10/11 change kit.
I realise that the issue is irrelevant and trivial but the kit that they played in is the kit I was talking about not the one down as next year's away shirt. As soon as they walked onto the pitch yesterday I knew it was the kit that Bild had shown in their photo mock up. The shirt on your link is much darker in colour.
Erm... no. I really don't mean to mock you as you may have some sort of sight disability, but the pink kit Bild shown that you seem to think is definitely real is clearly a photoshop. It's this season's change kit coloured pink and the crest and sponsor coloured white. Bild photoshop. 10/11 change kit. Another photoshop Bild did of Schalke's 10/11 home kit in pink. Cup final shirt. Now you're contradicting yourself. It's not Schalke's new away kit, it's not the shirt they played in yesterday. You were wrong and probably serves you right for giving too much credibility to a sensationalist right-wing rag like Bild! I'm glad to clear things up for you.
When I posted the original photo I was laughing at the ridiculous colour of the shirt not the shape of the collar and the colour is the colour they said it would be, not the colour in your link. Presumably you admit that much. Bild was only one of several papers to use the mock up. Bild right wing !? You have to be joking, the Germans unfortunately no longer know what right wing is, we are over run with weedy pacifist green tossers over here. Whether or not it is the new away shirt I was not "contradicting myself", merely posting what it said in the article. Namely that they would play in the new away shirt for the first time in the Cup final. If they were wrong then fine.
