Just watched Match Of The Day without knowing the score..........well done Burnley! I even got nervous watching the last few minutes.

Over the last 10 years we've been in the same division and played each other loads and always thought of Burnley a bit similar to us so to see a result like that means something.

Good luck for rest of the season. Would love to see you stay up.

I didn't get a chance to watch the game, wasn't at home, and when I woke up this morning and had my breakfast while watching the news I dropped my spoon in my bowl when the guy said "Burnley have shocked Manchester United as they won 1-0..."

:thumb A congratulations is in order

Fckin hell, that was immese. The atmosphere last night was rocking. A lot of fAns have questioned if Beast and Blake were good enough for Premiership. I think they answerd back last night. Bikiy, despite being a tosser, looks to be a good signing.

The only complant i have abou las night, is the STUPID music they keep playng, and the announcer. "make some noissseee"..... mate we don't neeed you telling us.

The only music I would keep is the goal music.

I am still pinching mysef this morning. Wow.

The united fans were pretty quiet, then again everytime they started they got drowned out.

Many, many, many congrats to Burnley FC and all clarets. You may have broken mine and my fellow blades' hearts at Wembley but last night was a huge result, and it will inspire all the teams who were promoted with you. You've shown that the "little" clubs can, on occasion, stick it to the big boys and you deserve all the credit and plaudits you recieve :thumb

One thing should be mentioned, best wishes to the guy who was being given CPR outside Jimmy Mac. There was blood everywhere. Apprerenty he is alive in Blackburn Hosp.

Not nice to see that on such a great night, lets hope the scoreline helps his recovery.

What happened to the guy? Hope he recovers. Got home at 3.30am but bloody hell was it worth it. Fantastic night, I thought the nerves would be at ease for at least the first month of the season after the play offs though!!!

Heart Attack I think. The blood was from the paramdics trying to get his bloood pressure up. This is whats being said on Clarets-mad anyway. This is like 3rd and info. I saw him though, but obv did not stand around and stare like some peopl did.

Haha, the last few mins were mad. Jimmy Mac was rocking. The whole ground was.

    Well done Burnley!!!

It's games like this that make football the best game in the world!

I was absolutely delighted at the final whistle. What a fcking strike by Blake!!!

Just dont get too carried away though. It's consistant picking up points against the lower teams, rather than the odd shock against the big-boys, that will keep ye in the prem.

Best of luck for the rest of the season.

I haven't seen the highlights of the match but thought I would come in and congratulate you on the win against Utd. Definately surprised your first ever Premier league win came against them. Burnley for the title!!! ;)
