The Grimsby Town team that won the NL playoff final would comfortably finish higher than 19th in League Two. With additions we'll at least be mid-table.

You got it all wrong. You can’t have Sutton as high as 5th. We’re always predicted to struggle or come mid table at best

You do realise Sutton came in 8th this season right...
I'll trust you as I know nothing about National League

As a life Sutton United supporter and season ticket holder I had missed where we came in the table last season

Because we’re a complete shambles of a club at the minute, but not the kind of shambles where you make a sudden drop with consecutive relegations.

It’s the kind where the club does enough to appease a portion of fans who then remain positive and don’t appreciate the changes the club needs to make from top to bottom. Resulting in a slow demoralizing slip in quality and league position year on year and then everybody realizes what a mess we are when it’s too late.

Therefore 17th would just about suit that, maybe the lofty heights of 14th if we’re being generous

Agree with this, however I think 11th would be the team's position in the first season
Also I have a habit of overrating relegated clubs

You are guessing that everyone will have similar sort of seasons to the one that they've just had. I don't think it will work like that and I also think Stockport will get a double promotion with Grimsby in the top half too.

I also don't think Hartlepool will be in trouble like you suggest. I think Rochdale are in big trouble next season, potentially Crewe too

I'll snap your hand off for a lovely 15th place finish with our players in Tenerife by mid March.

Pretty much guesswork, no idea on half the teams, Think we will do ok, but won't trouble play offs and won't trouble relegation. Stevenage will avoid relegation final game again, rest is anyone's guess.

I think Doncaster are being underestimated on here, they would have finished mid-table if he had been at the helm all season. They will be top 7 minimum perhaps pushing the top 3

    What ?

His points per game would’ve had us on 42 points over the full season, that would only put us in 20th and I still think that’s being generous

I thought it was better than that, McSheffery still did very well to get the side competitive considering what he inherited

I'm gonna stick my neck out on the line and say we'll finish above Stockport. Can see Challinor getting poached at some point along the way, or even before the season starts. Blackpool showing interest by all accounts. I think Hurst will stick with us under new progressive ownership and having been burnt by his last few employers. Additionally, Stockport were superb last season but they were flat track bullies who picked up an almighty haul against the bottom half of the table, I think we're a tougher side to play against and have a bit more grit about us that will serve us well next season.
I agree that Donny will push on and challenge for a top three spot, not because I know anything about their squad but because they always seem to spunk a load of money at this level whenever they're here.
