Interesting tie. We've not played Swansea for years & years. I reckon they reckon a shock is in the offing so that should encourage a few of 'em to journey to our South Yorkshire paradise.

Be interesting to see Warnock's take on the cup this season. Whether he rests players & selects a 'b' team, in which case Swansea fans may get the result they're after or if he gives it some priority & plays the first XI.

A replay is what a lot of away day Blades are probably hoping for. A trip to a new ground and all that. Though it would be an extra game we could well do without. Personally I'm hoping for a result on the day, whether it be in our favour or Swansea's.

I dont think it will be an extra game. Not for the players anyway - will be for our pockets though

I tihk we'll play the reserves, as the league cup and as last season.

    depends how prem results go

if we can win a couple more before the cup game , itll take the pressure off and we can have a tilt at it , if not neil might copy the colchester game and play the 2nd string and take off the forwards for defenders in the second half again to ensure an early exit

It would be nice to visit the new ground, but maybe not on a Tuesday night, it's a long trip, meaning time off work :(

I'm quite looking forward to this tie to be honest, can't remember ever seeing Swansea play, and I think they will bring plenty of fans here.

I do hope it's relatively cheap though, being this close to Christmas. Money will be thin on the ground soon!

New ground......mmmmmm new out of the port-a-pack and lifted up with cranes. There all the same these new grounds bland n lacking in atmosphere, but never mind cos we wont get to see it anyways.

Neil get a strong team out, get us to the cup final and european football.

I can feel the home draw syndrome of a few seasons ago all the way to the semi's and then get the crap team in the semi while the big boys knock each other out along the way..........then lets see how many loyalty points you'll need for a cup final ticket!

In that case we'll have to arrange a friendly with LFC seen as we'll both have a blank weekend when the 4th round is played.
