We go up through the playoffs and we'll come back down with record low points if Martin is still the manager. His style of football is a buffet for any Prem quality teams.
For all that Southampton have been terrible, Leicester have been pretty impressive. It's just so sad that their reward is a place in the Premier League
Great game for us, it felt easier than most of our games Southampton seem to constantly pass back, play out etc. which is far easier to play against.
Leeds and Leicester with their pace in behind really are the only 2 clubs I'd not want to face in the playoffs. Hopefully they can both get it done.
After points deductions, transfer bans and probably being made to play blindfolded, we might only suffer a season of it.
Great win and some great well worked goals, but Southampton were shocking especially in the circumstances. They need to get their heads up or they won’t be getting to Wembley on that showing.
Story of our season. Our players will look to play it backwards before they go forwards and a lot of the time, as we saw tonight, we get punished for playing around our own danger area, rather than possession football in the opponent's half, hence we've conceded 61 goals this season. Birmingham, in 22nd have conceded 64. A lot of our points this season have been won because we have a good team for this level, rather than Martin's stubborn tactics, but Walker-Peters, Harwood-Bellis and Downes won't be here next season.
