Friday 12th - Tuesday 16th April fixtures

We're already out of the play off race after our defeat to Norwich at the weekend, our seasons over and im expecting the players to play like the season is over tonight, cant see anything other than a Southampton win

 

Just been watching 30 minutes of Sky build up to the game, does anyone know who Southampton are playing tonight? I think they might have mentioned the opposition at one point but i missed it

 

I hate it when shit like this happens. It’s so bad in the PL so I feel your pain. I remember saints v Leicester and there was literally half an hour of Neville and Carragher chatting about Liverpool Utd and city

 

Game over already, its going to be a question of how many for Southampton now, at least adding a 4th team to the promotion battle keeps things interesting

Glad you guys were made welcome. I did hear a few of your coaches stopped on route. I moved here 4 years ago. 4 decent pubs and now a National League North team from next season. Not bad for a little town of 5,000

Do we have to play the 2nd half? can we not just put it down as a 3-0 win for Southampton and leave it at that? Its a long journey home for our fans, im sure they'll be happy to get back on the motorway 45 minutes early

I saw a Danny’s (?) coach from the North East parked on the High Street as I went through on Saturday lunchtime, thought it must be you lot.

 

Mawane has been dreadful for you boys. Walking red card and gifted us a goal. We are so much better when Stephens isn’t in the team. Martin will put him back in against Leicester though

 

Its only his 2nd start for us, young lad who isnt ready for this level of the game yet, but we've got so many injuries in midfield at the moment that hes pretty much the only option to play there, Whatmough is also a central defender playing centre mid so he doesnt even have an experienced midfielder playing alongside him to help out, hopefully either Browne or Ledson are fit enough to play 45 minutes and we get some experience on in the 2nd half
