Not a stand out game but I fancy a few goals in the Poland v Slovakia match . Isn't there Covid in the Spanish camp ? I bet it'll be hot in Seville
Interesting group this. Spain look weak to me - they will have plenty of the ball but cant see them being very clinical. Poland, Sweden and Slovakia can all be dangerous on their day and hard to break down
Didn't realise Paolo Sousa is the Poland manager Half of Slovakia's team are in their 30's , hopefully gonna be an under the radar match & goals galore
Interesting this. Would coach play Kulesevski and Isak or Berg to forward position one off in bench and Sweden could win 2-1 or 2-2 is also a imaginable scores.
Slovakia look a real threat on the counter. No wasted passes or needless cut insides. They seem to have a set route for the players to go, as they always seem to have the players where they need to be.
Poland with their first bit of intense attacking play and they get a goal, don’t know where that was in the first half
I quite like Emma Hayes as unlike Alex Scott she doesn't just repeat the same old cliches and actually offers some insight into the tactical side of the game, but I must admit her voice is boring AF.
It’s just information overload and it’s constant. Someone on Twitter said she sounds like Stuart Pearce and I now can’t unhear it.
She's better suited to The Debate IMO. Actually liked her on that. Definitely the most knowledgable of the female pundits.
I knew she sounded like someone familiar! I've had to switch over to Johnson's briefing, she was doing my head in, and I've already missed 2 goals and a red card.
2nd place in this group plays 2nd in ours next round . Good victory and excellent winner for Slovakia.
