A large, black cloud appeared in the sky covering the town in complete darkness. A fog appeared on the spot from which Joga disappeared. Through that fog emerged a group of Cenobites. Spoiler One from the group stepped forward & began to speak to the trembling crowd that had gathered. "We wanted to show Joga bonito so much. But it seems he is loved. We have recieved the blood from a town person, & as promised we will leave forever & return what's yours". Saying so the Cenobites turned around & disappeared into the fog, which cleared alongwith the clouds. The town found Joga on the ground, with parts of the flesh on his body torn.
The flavour is from Hellraiser. I fancied a gamble, it backfired I'm guessing the device was initiated by the mod though, i.e scum didn't choose to use it D1. I feel like the person who chose to save me is more likely town though (this player does not confirm they revived me though... until D2). Scum want as many players dead (town / other faction / SK).
Absolutely no idea lol. I am the same with regards to my knowledge of horror films! However, the fact that we have Joga back is a huge benefit as he seems to know his way around a horror.
I am so out of my depth with horror films - I can't even watch the really old one in the cabin in the woods where they open the basement door - that's the point I have to turn it off (The evil dead maybe ??) I've seen one of the scream films - probably the first but that was probably 30 years ago when it came out (popcorn in a pan on the stove with tin foil on it ring any bells ????)
Unless I’m mistaken, Joga was saved by a player Pm’ing the mod. Is there a risk to that that I’m unaware of? Otherwise, why should that warrant a strong town lean?
I think the unknown is the risk. I mean, the person could well have taken Joga's place....that person wasn't to know. That's why they would be a town lean for me anyway.
Whoever messaged has had some of their blood taken or something. Unless my quick skim is inaccurate. My theory is that blood provides info to scum, about that player.
- the player who saves me loses their power N1 - I would have been killed if a player did not sacrifice their power for me Those are two probable town-motivations. From my perspective: Scum don't want to lose their powers Scum want as many town PRs dead as possible
True, Zydus' games are quite orginal/unpredictable... would have been a big risk of scum to 'take my place'... Scum's main priority is survival, + blocking/killing town PRs
Aye, not town confirmed, but they're likely town/town motivation in my eyes. Yeah, liked Sme's reaction too.
I accept the likely town point, Joga seems to know what has happened far more than me so happy to bow to his greater judgement here
