I genuinely thought he was louder on day 1. Either way what's wrong with creating conversation which I've seemingly done. Got two votes in the process which are somewhat interesting. "Reachy" and "opportunistic"... the irony
Why is it “most opportunistic”? why can’t it be Mr Sheen just questioning a player he does not town read?
I think it's probably more town motivated than scum. Assuming that Joga is town, I think scum would be less inclined to save him. Joga's a strong player and giving up a power to save town Joga seems unlikely.
Going to be busy most of the afternoon. Hope to be back on before deadline but just incase I'm not I'll vote for a no lynch. Nobody I'm particularly concerned by right now. Vote No Lynch
So have I. Because from my point of view, it looks like he’s found something a scum player could use as a ‘pro-town-looking reason to cast suspicion’ for dubious at best (imo) reasoning. It could well be Mr Sheen questioning a player he does not town-read. It could well also be what I’ve said. I don’t know.
I agree with the point in general but are we assuming ANYONE could have saved Joga or are we likely to have a player out there with a specific ‘giving blood to save someone’ power? Plus, there is still nothing to say Joga is Town confirmed. He could be scum and still open the box right?
My vote is clearly not any more of a reach than anyone else's given I didn't like your eagerness to push for a no lynch either. There's nothing wrong with creating conversation. But I could also say I am creating conversation by showing my dislike of how you created conversation. It's a redundant point. Given this fits perfectly into RD's earlier post on how he treats D1 wagons, this feels really cheap too. I'm not really sure what the point of this post is. I hadn't considered that first angle, but on going back to look at Zydus's post, does this town confirm the person who gave blood or does town person = everyone located in the metaphorical town, i.e. scum as well? Nothing to town confirm Joga either though, yes I agree.
Good spot about Zydus’ wording. I guess we are all Towns people aren’t we? As is the nature of the game sets up.
This is weird. You've voted for me but now you're fence sitting. Basically admitting you know your vote is a bit weak.
Weird, yes. I have the suspicious feeling Burg knows the alignment of other player(s)… unsure why overreacted to you questioning Guyett. Day 1 is the best time to probe players as it’s the day we know the least.
The “blood” / “town people’s” / “box” was all flavour IMO Mechanically: the player who saved me lost their N1 power. No alignments have been confirmed. All we can presume now are a player’s motivations.
I know this discussion been and gone now, I highly think that it was someone from town that saved Joga and lost there power in doing so. Scum wouldn't want to lose there role power to save someone when they could have easily just kept the power, and allowed Joga to die. Yes I understand that it gains town credit, but in doing so the only way that they would have done that, is if the scum had a very weak role power, and wasn't worth keeping. It's not alignment indicative, because I'm assuming it can be anyone, but it's more likely from town than scum IMO. In all of this, this doesn't really confirm Joga in any shape or form, he could easily still be scum.
