Inactivity kill would be a shame to have to do this late into a game. I'm sure real life's just got in the way, hopefully he can come online this evening/tomorrow morning and that way we can make a proper decision on who to lynch today.
I don't see how that would work - Burg's role only worked for one night phase, and he's posted since Burg's death. Assuming this isn't a bizarre deliberate strategy which somewhat goes against the spirit of the game a bit, I think we just have to wait for a contribution from him.
