Training report 23.08.04 The lads were on a high today after the recent vicotry over monaco in the first match of the season. Today we did more passing routines and had a little game at the end where athers and busby managed to score 5 goals each in a game which ended 7-5. Damien Duff and dundee_boy1985 got the other 2 goals. Training ratings: Hearts_2004- conceided 5 goals in the game however culdn't do much about any of them. Looked sharp and agile. 7/10 jaimnaufan- was out getting treatment on an ankle injury. - super_horns- Reminds me of ashley cole, hardworking but can be cuaght out of position at times. 8/10 Sunil- Looked a bit tired after playing 90 minutes against Monaco so gave him a rest intime for Parma match. 7/10 gareth_eaton- disappointed he wasn't on the bench, got him to the gym do some fitness work and looked to be improoving. 7/10 newy- good training session, pushed up for a few corners which was good to see. 7/10 villarule- has had a few mixed training sessions but was on fine form today. 8/10 sychev02- Prooved he is worth a first team place. 8/10 dundee_boy1985- If this lad keeps performing like this he will be a permanent fixture in the squad. 10/10 SUPER! wrighty04- quite pleased with myself today, thought I looked quite sharp. 8/10 gagie- Continued to impress DD and myself, great session once again. 9/10 Damien Duff- Put him on for the match, looked very sharp, best session of the season so far for DD. 9/10 Trev_GFC- getting better and better is Trev. Playing like a true professional. 9/10 Megs- Seemed a bit quiet today. More will be expected tomorrow. 6/10 athers- looked fantastic today! Scored 5 goals and was on fire. 10/10 busby- Was on blistering form today scoring 5 goals. 10/10 Hamill- Fine backup session after his first session and match. Looks like a fine prospect! 8/10. Madipswichfan- Looked tired but still put in a great performance. 9/10 Great performances today from: dundee_boy85, gagie, DD, Trev_gfc, athers, busby and madipswichfan. training report 24/8 Double training session for the lads today... both morning and afternoon sessions in preparation for the parma game tomorrow. Below are training ratings: jaimanufan- did not train with the lads after an injury a few days ago. - hearts_2004- handling was good, distribution spot on. Good session. 9/10 super_horns- can really head a ball far this lad. doesn't back out of any challenges. 8/10 sunil- not the best yesterday but a certainly improoved session today. 8/10 gareth_eaton- trained with the lads today and looked like a new player, much better gareth. 9/10. newy- faultless once again. 9/10 villarule- fitness levels are high, good distribution and aggression from him today. 9/10 sychev02- best training session ive seen him have this season. Really impressive. 10/10**** dundee_boy85- was looking to catch my eye today before the match tomorrow, wants to play football and looks in good nick. 8/10 wrighty04- continued some good form today, scored a free-kick effort from around 20 yards. 9/10. gagie- this boy is a pleasure to watch, just hope we can keep hold of him which I'm sure we will. GREAT PERFORMANCE! 10/10 damien duff- competition between him and trev_gfc for the left wing spot, both putting in good performances. 8/10 trev_gfc- good performance from trev today. 8/10 megs- looked impressive today after going through a sticky patch, scored twice in the match. 8/10 athers- looked tired after the session today, fitness levels may not be at the maximum, scored a good headed goal today. 7/10 busby- worked hard today but was not rewarded with no goals. 7/10 hamill- another fine performance from hamill today. 8/10 madipswichfan- Pleased with him once again today. 8/10 No really poor performances today which was good to see, everyone trying to get into the XI for parma match which I will post later on this afternoon in this thread Wrighty
