Poch is part of the problem though. His in game management is poor and we are 7 months into the season without any clear indication/structure of how we want to play. Caicedo lone 6. That's it. There was more structure under ****ing Potter. The reason I am so disappointed is that I truly believed, or wanted to believe, Poch would of adapted since his time off from football. He was the ideal candidate given our situation, yet Poch is still the same reactionary manager who shits himself against any adversity (we literally saw this match day one with Nkunku injured) and gets out coached more often than not. Not one player has improved or benefited from his football bar Gallagher (Palmer was already on an upward trajectory under Pep), and the bloke complains about lack of options when our rivals are literally playing academy children. Some of which have far less experience than Casadei who Poch refuses to play whilst having the gull to complain about no options in midfield. We are 18th in the league based on 2nd half results. Relegation.
It is strange that he calls Casadei back from his loan spell and not play him….. didn’t even feature against Leeds. Then moan about tiredness…. Enzo has been way off the pace the last few games.
Think he was cup-tied for the Leeds game tbf but it was surprising we didn’t see him in the Brentford game.
Seems like Flick and Lopetegui are the options considered if the club replace Poch. I believe Flick was at the Leeds or Brentford match.
Poch, anagram of chop which is either what he is angling after and a payday, or is expediting unwittingly if he believes his own claims, has stated "Chelsea should be 4th" and that "according to all the data" although scan reading the article they don't put both parts in proper quotes Chelsea 'should be fourth', says Pochettino according to the stats beeb present chelski re far from "should be 4th", unless of course he meant 4th tier which many might agree with, haven't been enough changes of manager (surprisingly) this season to be 4th club in London to appoint a new manager - 5 changes of manager this season, 1x resignation, 3x sack, 1x "mutual consent"
Interesting to see they are working on a contingency plan after Poch's data talk bollocks where we should be in Top 4. Without context, anyone can take data and swift it to favor their narrative. Part of me still believes they will give him another season.
