Just reinstalled this and glad to see that there have been some cool improvements to the game. Seems much more stable too.

 

Yeah I've been wanting to dust it off now but the weather makes it hard. Hopefully once it gets a bit warmer can get back to it.

I'm on 191 caught and 193 seen, I just need a Muk to get all available original pokemon that I can get in Europe.

I need quite a few from gen 1. I can walk many of them, but unfortunately a couple of them are 10k egg pokemon (Lapras and Magmar) who will now be even harder to get.

 

Got lucky and found a Mr Mime within a day of reinstalling the app. Good start.

 

Mr Mime is very common. I have about 200 Mime candy. It's the fighting and fire pokemon I have trouble finding.

 

I assumed because he was exclusive to Europe that he'd be rare.

Even on my original account I don't think I captured more than a couple of fire types. A Ponyta and Vulpix as I recall. Did seem to be very rare.

Mime used to be relatively hard to find. But he pops up more than the other fairy types now.
