He wants a diesel, So what other car would you like to suggest that could be better for HIM? The Focus is a fantastic choice of car for what he's looking for
I would'nt buy one out of choice, But they won so many awards in their class, Well infact they are the best car in their class according to most magazine's like TopGear etc...
That is true, and they are decent cars. I'm just saying that he could have had something 'different'. Probably just a matter of opinion. I'm quite the car maniac
It would be a tough decision between the focus and anything else just so you know... I'd be looking at maybe a C4? or even a mini:Banana:? If you were lucky, you could maybe find a 500 for less than 5k? Further research will produce more suggestions. But at the mo, these are my recommendations
Cant say i have, The fiat 500 is a damn ugly looking car though, Well the basic one's, Dont mind the Essesse Abarth model. My old man loves the 500's though, But just not for me.
I see what you're saying. And it probably isn't the type of car he's looking for The abarth is actually quite nice to look at. (the puntos look stunning)
I liked the look of my Punto but definetly would'nt want one again, Only had mine for a year and half, Cracking little engine's aswell but very very noisy and the sport seats are solid in them, Give you an arse ache in no time at all You say you like the 500's, Have you seen the latest Top Gear?
I like the Abarth 500's :P Yep, just watched it this morning Never driven a Punto, but i was in the passenger seat a couple 'weeks ago and i must say that i agree with you about the seats and the noise Although it was ok, because about 20 mins after it became uncomfortable, i got to leave. The noise can be controlled by music
Clarkson loves the 500 around the track, 150/160 bhp on one of the models in a tiny car Must be quick. For anyone else that likes 500's, Its right at the start aswell 1 minute in. http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b00fm0xc/Top_Gear_Series_12_Episode_2_(new_series)/ Those Fiat Punto's come with a sub in the boot aswell So it kinda does the trick with the noise...
