Suarez is shown to sink his teeth into an opposition player. The match officials did nothing. It should have been a straight red with a decent ban to follow, especially in view of Suarez form in biting opponents.

But as witnessed a few weeks ago, in the case of the Wigan v Newcastle game, when McManaman got away scott free from the FA, after taking out a player's leg knee high, as apparently one of the officials saw the incident and did nothing.

We'll see if any of the spineless officials at Anfield admit to having seen that bite. Cos if they did, Suarez should be in the clear to keep on doing his thing ...

Any Red on here saying Luis should leave in the summer needs to get a ****ing reality check & ive only looked at the last two pages of this thread.....

And this is the reason why im gutted I am not at the game, because ive had to listen to the gobshite souness on sly tv (in a pub,the twats have never had a penny of me) not want to talk about the foootball ,but talk about bring the name of Liverpool FC down.... The man who sold his ****in story to the s*n & lets not even go there with the way he behaved on a football pitch....

Liverpool supporters ..... PLEASE dont get yoursleves dragged into this circus that is the British media, the same twats who had us second headline on the national news cos some prick from wales was doing a monkey impression on the Kop..

The great man Rafa didnt even after three times during the after match interview they tried to draw him in & I knew he wouldnt as he has class,he knows like King Kenny how the same ****ers hung him out to dry when he spoke about Taggert.

Taggert new how good Luis was & the day he chose not to go into the Liverpool dressing room with the gobshite Evra but to go to the police was the start,he is a marked man the Sir gets what the Sir wants as the song says.

The PLAYER OF A SEASON BY A COUNTRY MILE, but will most probably finish in the bottom half, no surprise there

Dont get me wrong Luis needs to have a long hard look at himself, but FFS people are saying he should leave the club, get a ****in grip

WTF is wrong with him. Just as you think he is getting on with playing the beautiful game he does this. Now surely no Liverpool fan can see him to be a saint after this. He is not well in the head.

Haha, can't wait for MOTD tonight. What a dick.

IMHO no matter whether the officials saw it or not the FA should retrospectivally ban Suarez. Stupid thing to do. And didn't he score in injury time. Dunno whether he did this before or after that but if he did it before then it's influenced the whole game.

Retrospective action should be taken. The officials should've done something then though, it was there fault that they didn't see it first time. A fair game which was ruined by one moment.

He should be handed at least a 4 match ban.

A shame because he is a wonderful talent and simple brilliant at times.

You can't just go around biting people, it doesn't matter who you are. If the officials saw it and did nothing then that's terrible in any case. I would guess they didn't see it and he'll be in trouble again. The thing is, he really doesn't need to do stuff like this because he's got enough talent to let his football do the talking. He's his own worst enemy.

No, it's no surprise because it's voted for by players, and I wouldn't blame other players for a second for not voting for Suarez, because with antics like this he makes them all look f*cking stupid.

Think hes a world class player and a joy to watch at times but yet again hes let himself and his club down. Wanted him to win POTY but now i'd prefer him to be banned for the rest of the season and win **** all. Hopefully Van Persie wins the golden boot aswell. Such a shame, was one of my favourite players right now.

I assume that's a veiled remark about Cantona? If so, you must have forgotten the fact that United gave him an additional ban on top of the one handed out by the FA and (despite the banterous, jokey remarks which are always evident in footy) most of us were pretty horrified at how he acted and how he made the club look, despite his world class talent.

That, btw, is the same attitude of your fellow fans who are able to appreciate that was Suarez did was massively out of line and reflects badly on the club. You're the only one acting as a total apologist who's making any kind of attempt to brush this under the carpet or make any kind of justification.

    Get a grip, lad.

Should be banned for the rest of the season and Liverpool should cash in on the funny money someone like PSG would pay for the player.

Wasnt even talking about the frecnch lad belive me.....

I dont give a **** what others say on here the internet is exactly what it is, ive watched the match in my local boozer in Libpool, not Birmingham, Norwich, Bristol or whatever & guess what out of atleast 100 people everyone was saying the same thing.

In Liverpool we know what the media are all about, I said in my very first post HE NEEDS TO TAKE A LOOK AT HIMSELF, but I wont be drawn into the circus that want to slaughter him , people like souness who say he brought the name of the club down, that twat is as bad as kelvin mckenzie & if any one should be banned form Anfield its him (souness).

    Get a grip lad

Why are you consistently bringing up Souness, Mackenzie and other irrelevant figures in a topic about the FA and whether they'll continue their recent ineptitude?

If you are so anti sky,why you still watching it in the pub?You also say they dont get a penny off you, when in reality you are supporting the pub that pays for it?

Exactly Dave. The money Sky Sports earns from commercial usage absolutely dwarfs the income they get from domestic subscriptions.
