Xmas SoccerAM this morning had Allardyce on the settee... they shown the video of Rafa talking about the above, wanting Allardyce's reply! which was "we'll keep that between us" just lovein it.

Gary Sprake the Leeds Keeper in the sixties. The weather was terrible all over the country snow ice, wind dreadful but the match went on. We had one change Geoff Strong for Ron Yeats. Hunt scored to make it 1 nil, the second goal was a classic Sprake threw the ball over his left shoulder straight into his own net. And god bless them, the Kop within seconds were singing a Max Bygraves hit "Careless Hands" it was an absolute classic. It must be on YouTube somewhere if anyone can upload it. I think it might cheer us up having a laugh at someone else's expense.
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...pool-arrested-allegedly-hit-ex-girlfiend.html This is just what the club needs
But why should the club be involved? If you do something stupid in a bar, does your employer get involved in a 'crisis' as reported in that link.
Suppose you are right, it's a good image for the club that their players are out on the beers getting arrested for allegedly hitting a woman.
Nah, leave it open. This thread is supposed to be more light hearted. We all know how this will turn out.
