One thing I've learned from my trip up to Chelsea today is NEVER to take a London bus when the tube is available. Also, £10 return to London on offer=train journey from hell.
...a man after my own liver. Instead of drinking tonight I have just spent the last hour chatting to an old lonely woman in KFC after nipping in there to buy my kid an ice cream. That was almost a highlight to my Saturday night. Things must change!
Could have made her day someone taking time out to chat to her. I nominate Richie for a lifetime award for " being nice ".
She actually gave us some great information about Carnival and also gave me the website of a company that rents treadmills. Shocking, I know. It is about 3 times the price of in the UK - just like most things are.
They have a Macdonalds and a crap Irish pub on the moon apparently, you can see them from the great wall of China.....or something.
I went to the doctors last night as I've been having migraines weekly of late (usually 1-2 a year) as part of the check up she took my blood pressure .... 165 over 107 apparently I'm currently quite high risk for a heart attack I'm going to have to make some changes to my lifestyle
Start by having a nice sit down, uncle Zip will send Taffy out to fetch some biscuits while he puts the kettle on.
No Gary baldie left, had to get bourbons which just so happen to be a favourite of mine. Our Trace does not leave a last beer in the fridge. You want to see all the empties piled up come recycle collection day. Shocked even me.

A common theme. I liked this part though "Go away for a relaxing weekend". That sounds like great advice from your doctor, good luck getting it on the NHS though.
Bless ya sweetheart, I suspect many of the "things to give up" mentioned there apply to me as well. As a wise man once said (well to paraphrase) "I gotta check myself before I wreck myself"
The six nations is awfully tight this year!! I wouldn't be surprised if the title comes down to our game again
